Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies Recipe


Ingridients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 cups packed brownish sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick oats
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL Home® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup coarsely cut nuts (optional)


Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat brown sugars, butter and granulated sugars in big mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats, nuts and morsels; mix well. Stop by curved tablespoon onto ungreased baking linens.

Bake with regard to 9 to ten minutes with regard to chewy cookies or 12 to 13 moments for crispy cookies. Great on baking linens for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
